Founded in March 1989 by brothers Alex and Thomas Davis, Davis Marine began as a family-operated business with a strong commitment to quality and service. The company was jointly managed until 2015, when Thomas stepped back due to health concerns. Today, Davis Marine is solely owned and operated by Alex Davis, who serves as President. He is supported by his wife and children, continuing the family legacy.

Alex holds a degree in Finance from the University of West Florida and is actively involved in every aspect of the company. He oversees project bidding, manages the field crews, and maintains direct communication with clients—a level of personalized service that has been key to the company’s success.

What began in the small-scale residential house piling and dock-building industry has since evolved into a dynamic foundation construction business. Davis Marine now specializes in both commercial and residential projects, offering services of driven piles that include: steel sheet pilings, H-piles, concrete pilings, and timber pilings; bridge construction, helical pilings, shoring, marina construction, and more.
